Design Review

Homeowners must receive Design Review Board (DRB) approval before beginning construction on exterior modification projects outlined in the Design Guidelines (PDF). Applications can be submitted in person, or by email . The Modification Application can be completed online or downloaded using the links below.

Missed Items

Once an application is received, it will undergo a precursory review. If needed information is missing, the applicant will be contacted with questions prior to submission to the Design Review Board. 


Once the DRB has reviewed the application, one of four responses will be issued by email to the address on the application within three business days. 

Potential responses include:

  • Approved: Applicant is cleared to proceed with the modification project.
  • Approved with conditions: Applicant is cleared to proceed with the modification project, so long as listed conditions are met.
  • More information required: No decision has been rendered, as more information from the applicant is required. 
  • Declined : Applicant is not cleared to proceed with the modification project. The homeowner may appeal this decision to the DRB, Please contact the association office for further information.

The DRB may take up to 45 days to make a decision.
